I’ve used this location in the past, but NEVER AGAIN. Recently did my own oil change, and when I got underneath my car I noticed that it still has the same filter that I put on myself before the last service I had done at tire kingdom. I know this because I wrote the date and mileage on it. So, they changed my oil, but never changed the filter. Absolutely inexcusable.

Also, my wife had brought her car in for an oil change, and they called her to tell her how her belts were bad, and she needed pads and rotors... she didn’t. We brought her car to Earl Stewart Toyota, and they said her belts and brakes were fine and didn’t need to be changed.

This location has lost my business, and I refuse to recommend these scumbags to anyone I know.
